Plant growth promoting activity was carried by standard methods. Pseudomonas strains produced IAA, HCN, siderophore and P-solubilization by 65, 85, 85, 80% respectively. Pseudomonas strains such as PSB2, PSB5, PSB7, PSB8, PSB16, PSB17, and PSB20 showed all the PGPR activity. The study showed that Pseudomonas as an effective plant growth promoting bacterium
<Email>vishal_deshwal@rediffmail.com</Email><articletype>Research</articletype><volume>4</volume><issue>1</issue><year>2014</year><keyword>Pseudomonas,PGPR,Indole acetic acid,Hydrogen cyanide,Siderophore</keyword><AUTHORS>Vishal Kumar Deshwal,Surya Bhan Singh</AUTHORS><afflication>Dept. of Microbiology, Doon (P.G.)
