requires accurate and reliable methods. An RP-HPLC method for the estimation of Rebamipide in tablet dosage forms will be
developed and validated in this study. Chromatographic separation was carried out on a C18 column using methanol and water
as a mobile phase. The pH was adjusted to an optimal level and a suitable UV wavelength was employed for detection.
Evaluations of specificity, linearity, accuracy, precision, limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantification (LOQ), and robustness
were conducted as part of the method validation process. The RP-HPLC method developed met all validation criteria and
exhibited excellent performance over a specified concentration range and minimal variability, thus confirming its suitability for
routine analysis of Rebamipide in pharmaceutical dosage forms.
<Email>srijanomula007@gmail.com</Email><articletype>Research</articletype><volume>15</volume><issue>1</issue><year>2025</year><keyword>RP-HPLC, Method Development, Validation, Rebamipide</keyword><AUTHORS>Nomula Srija* Rajitha S</AUTHORS><afflication>KLR Pharmacy College, Paloncha, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Telangana- 507511, India</afflication></Article></Articles>
