Cancer is very complex and one of the most investigated diseases in the world. The incidence of cancer is on the increase all over the world and especially in developing countries due to different risk factors including industrialization, smoking, pollution, and increase in the number of overweight and physically inactive people. What is role of age, epigenetics and number of cellular division in the incident of cancer, will be briefly discussed.
