Polycystic ovarian syndrome is the most common endocrinopathy affecting approximately 6-10% of women in reproductive age. It is one of the leading causes of infertility resulting from chronic anovulation. Serum Prolactin and TSH levels were estimated in 50 PCOS women compared with 50 control women. The results of the study showed that there was a statistically significant correlation between prolactin and TSH (p<0.05) in the PCOS women. It was concluded that serum prolactin and TSH may serves as a good marker for PCOS diagnosis
