The study has been done (January 2013 to December 2014) in Urpad beel area of Goalpara district, Assam. During our study time 67 numbers of individuals are found, where 26 monocotyledonous and 41 dicotyledonous out of these are 30 annual and 37 perennial. In these three study area the family Poaceae is dominant having 13.43% individuals and maximum number of individuals are include in marshy amphibious habit having 49.25%. From the phonological point of view maximum numbers of plant species complete their reproductive phase within March to November
